Brought vehicle in on Sunday, July 24th for minor paint blend on our Hyundai Santa Fe. Heidi from Maaco in Swansea, Il told me the vehicle would be ready on Wednesday July 27th. After delays and excuses I received a call telling me my vehicle would be ready on Friday at 3:30 pm. Upon arrival Heidi asked me what I was doing there. When I told her I was told my vehicle was ready she turned to another woman at the shop and asked her why she contacted me. The other woman told her because you (Heidi) told me it was. I asked to see my vehicle to inspect to find it had yet to be painted. They were still working on sanding. Heidi stood there and stared like I was a pain in her behind. She did not in anyway offer an apology. Heidi's customer service skills are to say the least poor at best. I would not recommend anybody to the store that she manages. She portrays a dislike for her job and to me she let me know it.
