I have worked with three different staff members and all have helped me make a decision for which hearing aids would be best for me, how to care for them, adjustments when needed for wearing successfully and easy appointment scheduling and re-scheduling when necessary. The hearing aids work marvelously well! I am not that great with iPhone tech but they have explained this way things work in an understandable fashion.
