We were greeted warmly by Moon at the front desk who offered us something to drink while we waited. Dr. explained to us what she was doing and why. After sharing the results with us and without pressuring ur she helped us make the decision about the appropriate hearing aids. Both Dr. Mo and Moon were professional, knowledgeable and welcoming.
