I attended an appointment with my mother who has severe hearing loss. After adjusting her aids Mr. Dyson set up her phone to connect her connect her devices. As she is not at all tech proficient he did a great job of determining how she wanted the devices to connect and he patiently went through the steps for her to use the phone with them. Mr. Dyson was quick to understand her challenges, very understanding and proficient in attending to her needs.
