Julie Jiminez AuD did an amazingly good job of helping me to understand the different ways then deciding on the best way to help with my hearing. She clearly knows what she is doing and explains things very well. Interactions have been very pleasant, but perhaps the best thing is that it's been very clear that it is very important to her that she is doing the right things technically and interpersonally.
