Dr. Andrew Morris was friendly and very professional. He listened to what problems I was experiencing and then did a through hearing test. He never seemed rushed. He covered all the options of hearing aids and insurance plans. He came across as really caring about what would be best for me. He even scheduled follow up appointments.
