Dr. Ana Anzola and Tanya Green both provided excellent service for me. I needed new hearing aids. Dr. Anzola said I needed in the ear ones for my particular kind of hearing loss. Tanya did a hearing test and found a steep decline, which was caused by wax in one ear. Dr. Anzola removed it and my hearing went back to the previous level but I still needed new hearing aids. Both helped me get the new hearing aids, which help me hear much better. Candy, the patient care advocate, was also helpful. People are now able to buy hearing aids over the counter but I think it is much better to go to an audiologist. I will definitely keep going to Hearing Doctors.
