I am new to hearing aid technology and was not sure I even needed one, My complaint was that I had trouble understanding what people were saying and blamed it on everyone wearing masks. My hearing test proved that I did in fact have some hearing loss and a hearing aid would not only help me understand conversation clearly but it would also help my tinnitus. Dr Anzola and her staff were excellent. They were professional and took all the time I needed to answer my many questions. I never felt rushed and their friendly demeanor made for a very positive experience. I am glad I made that appointment and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone.
