I have been a client of Hearing Doctors (formerly, Ascent Audiology) for over 8 years. The entire staff has always been superb, acting with the utmost professionalism and attending to my complete hearing needs. Dr. Anzola and her staff has always been extremely patient with me, ensuring that all my questions are completely answered whenever they arose. I’m currently on my second set of hearing aids and am absolutely thrilled with their state-of-the-art technology. A few years ago, similar to passing an eye test using eye glasses to qualify for employment, I had to obtain a certification that my hearing was sufficient for the job. I failed the hearing test because I couldn’t use my hearing aids for the test. I protested and was eventually allowed to find my own private testing facility to certify my hearing was within specifications using my hearing aids. Hearing Doctors graciously testing my “hearing assisted” hearing and provided official documentation showing specific results of my hearing test. I was then hired by the government agency upon receiving the documentation from Hearing Doctors. This is a first class organization.
