I resisted hearing aids for quite a while. Tried over the counter amplifiers and other things. These almost worked and all had problems. I probably spent a year researching and reading. Visitted four audiologists and read lots of reviews. I decided on Dr. Anzola because they use in ear measurements to check the hearing aid settings match what is needed.

They spent as much time as I needed to answer all my questions. I was surprised that they did not recomend nor push me towards the more expensive devices even after telling them cost was not an concern. My hearing loss was making it hard to work with my customers and in meetings.

The difference between what I had tried and the properly fit and adjusted hearing aids was remarkable. I had better hearing with no annoying echos or body sounds. When my brain adjusted to hearing more, there was a follow-up appointment already scheduled to fine tune the device.

They continue to exceed my expectations. Routine visits are efficient, but not rushed. Problems and concerns are heard and addressed. For example, when a receiver broke, all it took was a phone call. I stopped by the next day and left with the repair in less than 15 minutes.
