My second visit for my new hearing aides had to be moved up due to a couple of problems. First of all, the receptionist was outstanding in finding an earlier appointment, then calling back because of another scheduling problem. She was outstanding.

Ms. Cubelo was out-of-this world fantastic! She is so knowledgeable, kind, and patient. When the issue was beyond her realm of expertise, she did not hesitate to reach out to the manufacturer's support team. My 30-minute appointment turn into a 1-hour appointment. She never seem rushed, anxious, or annoyed. Even when I offered to come back because I did not want my problem to spill over to the next client's time. The experience was WONDERFUL!
