Twice over a period of 7 years, one of my hearing aids failed and both were late on Friday night. We notified Ascent and early on a Saturday morning, Dr. Anzola called and led me through troubleshooting my device. In one case, she met me at the office on a Saturday and provided me with a loaner while mine was repaired. The second time Dr. Anzola was not able to go to the office but set me up for an early Monday appointment. When i bought my devices, i received the service as well and with a smile. My thanks to the whole staff and to Dr, Anzola in particular.
