I recently purchased my second pair of Starkey hearing aids from Dr. Anzola at Ascent Audiology in McLean, VA. While I was happy with my original hearing aids, the new set is so much better -- technological advances/improvements are impressive.

Dr. Anzola and all of the staff are always welcoming and friendly, carefully listen to my concerns and questions and then respond in a way that improves my experience with their products -- sometimes this means adjustments to the hearing aids and other times it involves instructing me on ways to improve my experience. Always first class attention and service for the customer!!
