Unfortunately once Dr. Keppel took over ownership the service has gone from compassionate and caring to completely money focused. Dr. Yakel is amazing and so caring but Dr Keppel clearly force money to be the focus on how they treat. We have always paid our bill at every visit so I’m not writing this out of any kind of retaliation, just pure and utter disappointment in the direction the clinic has headed. We have used this clinic for over 10 years and it’s sad to know that we will now be finding a new vet for our dogs and cats.
