Generally our service has been very professional and courteous and generally the technicians have been quite knowledgeable. In recent jobs, they installed a full HVAC system and I had to point out the heat component was leaking a massive amount of cold air. They paved it and stopped the leak but it was a concern to me that I had to point out the leak to them.

They also chose to replace our thermostat with a much smaller thermostate with a different shaping, involving a wall painting job, and I would not have elected to have replaced it if given the option.

Our thermostat was fine in my opinion. I spoke with them about this, but no one took responsibility for the fact that fingerprints were left all over my walls after the thermostat job.

We got a verbal quote and gave authorization for another job 10 days later, but the price ended up being 50 higher, so I would recommend getting a written quote estimate. This is the 4th year of using them and all was good and positive until this-usually they have absolutely honest, fabulous technicians, but the last two jobs disappointed me on several levels.
