One of my ignitiion coils sprung a hole that was in the process of disabling my Nitro on my way back from Detroit to Indianapolis. Tyler (the younger, I'm told!) was attentive and gracious which I really appreciated in my somewhat anxious state. The repair was done within the hour and we were able to get back on our way to Indy. Very grateful for not only the repair job but also for the responsiveness and respect shown me as a customer.
