After shopping around and getting several quotes as we always do....i was sold within the first 10 minutes. Not only did they come quickly to give a quote...it was the owner that came and he was passionate about his company and services. He wasnt trying to sell the most expensive units, he was selling me what we needed and didnt push to get me to upgrade to the higher prices and assured me that what i was getting was just as good for our needs. He was able to get us a fast install date and just as he came to do the quote he showed up with the crew to make sure the job was done right. All three guys were pleasant and professional. Ive had one small issue with the unit freezing up....no big deal ....but he came quickly got it adjusted and apologized that he had to come out. He said hed come back and check in a few days. I couldnt be more satisfied with any part of the experience. I definately made the right choice in picking priced right which is great esp since i knew no one that used their services before and knew nothing about the company. I highly highly reccommend!!
