Living in a 2nd floor condo, my furnace and air conditioning system is in the attic. Poorly sealed return air ductwork was pulling attic air into the system and bypassing the air filtration process. After extensive research I found Priced Right, liked their web site and talked with Jim. He spent the time on the phone to understand my problem and what I wanted. Jim and Matt came out and reviewed my system. I could tell immediately, Jim knew his business and after listening to my concerns and goals, he recommended a solution. Jim explained what he wanted to do so I could understand and we agreed on the cost range. I also wanted a preventative maintenance check done. They completed the job and did more than I would have expected. We talked about filters and blower fan speeds, which were adjusted. The cost was less than I expected and extremely reasonable. I’m happy that I’ve found a great company I can trust to handle my HVAC needs within my budget.
