Our heater crashed in January. Found Jim from researching several HVAC companies on-line. Left a message and he called back within an hour. Came by next day to explain various models. Hubby was out of town so it was a BIG decision for me. Jim did not try to upsell me and there was no pressure to buy. I chose a mid range unit and it was installed the NEXT day. Jim’s price was lower than estimates I got from competitors. I love that this is a smaller company, super reputable, clean and trustworthy. Jim is on site at all times helping with installation.
