Would give them NO stars, if we could.
I first called and spoke with Doug. Asked about ordering a rod and mesh screen for a wood burning fireplace. Ended up ordering our own rod kit on line.
Doug said his guy could cut us mesh screen, any length, for $5.00 a square foot and that included handles. So, i called back to place an order, and was told that their office is closed for a week? Waited for their return, called and talked to Steve. He said, he would have to check to see what size screens they have and would call me back. Never heard from him? Called AGAIN, and spoke with Doug, AGAIN, we ordered the screens and when we went in to pick them up, they were missing handles; and the price went up from $5.00 a sq.ft. for a total of $45.00 to $62.00 and with NO handles??? We said, we would need the price of the handles taken off the total mesh screen price, he wouldn't do it. Said he could order the handles, we said, okay then, order them at no cost to us since this screen was suppose to come with handles in the first place! He said: he couldn't do that and he did not quote a different price originally. I actually took notes on our first conversation, and he flat out LIED! I can hear and talk clearly, and made no mistake as to what i was originally told, as i verified the price with him before that first conversation ended. This company should not be in business in Fort Wayne.
They are terrible, unreliable and not trustworthy.
