I am very slow to criticize businesses. I understand that things go wrong, people make mistakes, etc. But the utter incompetence, lack of responsiveness, and blame shifting that occurred during my experience with this company was outstanding. I will never, ever, do business with them again, and will warn my friends and family about them.
