had a service call out cost me $85.00 told the tech i thought it was the thermopile . tech said parts were not available [pilot light assembly] .no follow up from old fort . Went to the showroom thinking maybe we would buy a new model for the warranty ,staff including owner were clueless . They dug up some paper work on what was available . I had to call numerous times to get questions answered . Found one of the stoves only with a sale called to see if they would honor the 135.00 off they said they would look into it and failed again to call me back . Frustrated i took my stove apart , took the thermopile off [which are available at north side heating and plumbing ] the cost was less than the service call ,but decided i was already out 85.00 i went home and hit it with a brillo pad from the convenience store . 2.50 dollars and a little elbow grease ,got my stove back together ,working great ! So thanks for nothing ! dont see how you will stay in business treating people this way .Burn me once shame on you burn me twice shame on me !
