Good salesmanship, could improve followthrough
I bought a used vehicle recently from Drive Auto Center. It was my first time working with them. It was easy and they were very nice and easy to deal with at the dealership. The only place where they fell flat was on the follow through. They promised to install a front license plate and I'm still waiting for that. They are great until the sale then after they are missing in action, that's why I didn't give them 5 out of 5.
