The truck broke down and they didn't have a plan in place. They counted a different number of boxes that I had to pay for.
Able Movers provided a moving service for me and they called saying their truck was broken down and there were many hours late. They provided me no financial discount for their delay, they didn't have a plan in place in case the truck broke down, they told me that the number of boxes that they packed up was a certain number and they were incorrect so they charged me for the wrong number of boxes that they packed.
To put it all in context, they were moving some renters out of a rental house and they had to go in and pack their house and I paid them per box, able movers came up with a specific number of boxes they moved. I was not there but the renters counted a different number.
I believe I brought this up to the company and they didn't do anything about it. That's all I have to say.
