Worst Move I Have Ever Had

Things started out well with the guys from Able Movers as they underbid the job by about half of everyone else but it was all downhill from there. They knew coming in that they would have to move a refrigerator and a washer and dryer unit downstairs into a basement. They really did not seem to know what they were doing and that made it so it took them an extra 2 hours at least. They were just not good and I have moved at least 50 times in my life and this was by far the worst move I have ever had.

We are very sorry your move was so unpleasant - we try to make each move as less stressful as possible - on the price maybe we didn't ask enough questions to make a exact list (we based the price on the list were given) but we do make mistakes - on the crew not sure they all have been with us for some time (not in focus) please accept our apology and be assured we will address this matter .
