My husband and I unexpectedly had to relocate from Colorado to Arizona, and we had to put our two Great Danes into an emergency kennel situation, because the house we were going to stay in was not pet-friendly. We called Pal's Inn Pet Resort the day before we got there, and they got us in immediately, and did not give us an ounce of hassle. We were in the middle of this huge transition with two big dogs, and they were absolutely the best part of our relocation. We ended up having to leave them there for about five weeks, and the people at Pal's Inn went above and beyond in all of their service. When I went to pick the dogs up, the ladies there actually cried about them leaving. It's expensive and that's just the truth of the situation, but it was worth every penny. Our dogs were happier there than they have been in our own home, sometimes. I can't emphasize enough how incredible the service was. Tracy and his staff are incredibly customer service-oriented people. I took an executive level job when we moved out here, and the people at Pal's Inn treat me better than any of the vendors at my own company. It was just a top shelf experience, we were really thrilled to use their service.
