I loved the place because it was pretty, they had good prices and the cat could roam. The attendants seemed nice too.
My cat needed to take her antibiotics with the food. They informed new she wasn't eating so they force fed the medicine to her. My baby had medicine crusted on her fur around her face and mouth. The worst part is that the antibiotics had to be taken with food. They should've called me to let me know as they knew I was down the road. I even checked on her for a few minutes the day before and they didn't tell me she wasn't eating.

Im upset because my cat seemed very sad and lethargic. By the time it took me to take her to the car she peed all over her crate and did not want ro come out of it.
I have no idea what happened there, because their cameras were not working. All I know is I had to take her there as the hotel I was staying did not allow animals and I trusted them. It's been 9 hours since I picked her up and she slept most of that time on my lap in the car.
I don't think she was treated with the love and care they should've. I am not saying she was abused, but I fear she was neglected. Sadly my cat can't speak, but her body language and the state of her fur said it all.
