I used to use Pal's Inn Pet Resort all the time, and was very pleased with their services. Then, one day when my little bulldog was there, she got into a confrontation with a Golden Lab, and was bitten on the head. When I went to pick her up, I noticed she was wet, and when I asked why, the man behind the counter told me that she had been bitten. I was not mad about that happening, because with dogs, that just sometimes happens BUT - I was not pleased that he did not tell me about the incident immediately. This little dog is like a family member to me. About that same time, my dog got an ulcer on her eye which ended up costing me $3,000. The vet was not sure if the bite had anything to do with that or not. I heard that they fired the man behind the counter after that. I also ended up moving about 40 miles away, so it was no longer feasible for me to take my dog there. If I still lived there, I would probably still be using Pal's Inn Pet Resort. I never had any problem with them at all except for that one incident.
