We chose Oswalt Restaurant because of one person. Mickey! He has provided us with exceptional insight on the products we needed for Arcadia Cafe and Bakery. He continually goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of. We looked at several restaurant equipment suppliers of the same equipment. Mickey sold us the same as the other guy but the difference was in service, knowledge of his product, and personal interest in what we were doing and he designed a plan that best fit our needs.
