We order a ton silverware and glassware from Oswalt Restaurant Supply. We moved from plastic to straight glassware. In the restaurant industry there is constant breakage during service, or due to temperature, etc., so we are constantly ordering it.

Our orders are usually pretty well on time. They messed up an order once, but they fixed it right away. They aren't perfect, but they are doing a good job. We will continue to use their service.
