I manage a restaurant, and order all of my supplies from Oswalt Restaurant Supply. The representative Dina is always taking care of us. Ninety percent of the time, the materials come on time. They send what we need without any problems. However, I find that their website is extremely difficult to use at times. It is not user-friendly, and not easy to navigate at all. It has a lot of glitches. Sometimes it's hard to find what you are looking for. Other than that, it is usually a good experience with them.
