Medicare has paid them thousands of dollars on my behalf since 2013 for respiratory equipment they have never serviced. When mine went out last Saturday night they chastised me for calling. I was eventually assured they would get me a new machine, FOR CASH. A week has past. Nothing has been done. The manufacturer is closed on weekends.
