Absolutely the worst customer service
Multiple companies in the same office with the same employees. Ordered DME on 9-25-14, Shanel led me on for two weeks saying she was waiting for my insurance, then waiting for my doctor, then waiting on their billing company to get a prior authorization. My insurance never received anything. Shanel called my doctors office asking the same question 3 times! She asked me to get the same information from my doc and they laughed at the multiple requests. Finally decided to fax the response so that she would stop calling them. Anyway, after talking to the owner, I appreciated that she was going to make it right and get me the knee walker that I was prescribed. I went to her office today, 10-14-14 to pick it up, office hours from 8:30-4:30p and they were closed or didn't answer the door bell when I got there at 3:15p. Been on crutches an extra 2.5 weeks thanks to All Staffing and would not do business with them as they don't are about the patient.
