They were able to accommodate a very quick turnaround time schedule and were able to get in and give me an inspection on a property that was on a short close. And, the report was very thorough. Philip, the person who did the inspection and the one who I was working with, was also very good at follow-up questions and clarifications. He even provided some useful advice on how to approach the seller concerning some of the findings in the report. I was happy.
