Allegiant Property Inspection really did a great job. The service received was top quality and very thorough. What really stands out to me is the fact that he would explain things as he was marking them so I knew why they were incorrect. I do happen to know a lot about the construction industry, but it was still so helpful. I can't speak for someone who is not as knowledgeable, but I can see how useful that aspect would be. They didn't just leave me guessing - they really communicated so well with me and made sure I understood. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service received thru Allegiant!
