This is the second time Phil has done a house inspection for me - in fact, I requested him specifically because he did such a great job the last time - and wouldn't hesitate to to request him again. Really nice, professional, punctual and knowledgable. On the other hand, in the past I worked with an inspector who argued with the realtor and wouldn't abide by HOA parking rules and another whose report was written so that it took me forever to put together the RR.
