The report body has to include the typical CYA type boiler plate so it is a little hard to decipher how serious some of the issues are if you aren't well versed in home / building issues. Having a clearer explanation as to "why" a particular issue was called out would be helpful.

But overall that is a very minor concern. Our inspector was great and very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Allegiant to a friend. We had a great experience.
