At the beginning of the summer, one of our air-conditioners went on the fritz. R&R came out that same day, even tho it was late in the day. They were friendly and fast about their work. They guaranteed the repair and when it went out again, they came back and corrected the problem, free of charge. They didn't hem and haw about coming out to deal with it. Not one bit of hassle with these folks at all. Highly recommended!
