Close and convenient, clean well, pricey
I've used Heirloom Oriental twice so far to clean the same rug. Their pricing is high compared to other places I've used in the past, but they're closer and they do a good job, so it's fine. I'll probably keep using them just because they're so convenient, and I've been happy with the job they've done so far.
