Heirloom Oriental were very nice and they did a good job. They cleaned an oriental wool rug that my wife has, a very expensive one. It was very dirty, and they got it very clean. It was our first time using them, we would use them again! We are actually are planning to bring some more of our carpets in to them. I would recommend them, the experience we had overall was very good.
