We were working with a contractor who caused a disaster in our house, resulting in black dust that got all over the place, including our Oriental rug. If there was someone who couldn't answer my question, they would direct me to someone who could, so they never left me wondering. Any time that I left a message, my calls were always returned quickly. My Oriental rug is around fifty to sixty years old and is large and thick, so it needed some extra care, which Heirloom provided. They did such a great job, my rug came back looking beautiful! I highly recommend them!
