Overall, I think Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning did a good job. This was my first time using the company after finding them online, and I like the fact that my rugs were washed instead of just steam-cleaned. The service was really expensive, however, which was a drawback, as I won't be able to do so as frequently as I would like. Also, some colors did bleed on the rug, which was unfortunate. But the workers were excellent! They were all really nice and helpful, and one of my favorite parts of the whole experience. They did a really good job, and although I won't be doing it as soon as I would like, I will use them again.
