Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning has cleaned the carpets at my office before and they did such a good job that I asked them to come out and clean the carpets in my home. I also had them take in a couple of rugs for cleaning at their facility. They are very friendly and professional people and they know what they are doing. The man who did the cleaning was super-nice and super-helpful. There were a couple of spots on the carpet at the office that were not able to be removed, so he replaced part of the carpet for me. He explained the whole thing to me and educated me on the process and I really appreciated that. Overall, they did an excellent job for me and I would highly recommend them to everyone! They are very knowledgeable and informative people!
