I have used Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning twice. I visited their facility and they gave me a walkthrough of what they do and how they do it. They are for the most part a family owned business.

I had stopped by another business that was highly recommended and I was so uncomfortable even parking. I went in anyway and no one was there to greet me and quite frankly I was not comfortable so I left.

I am very happy with Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning
and have done a lot of work with them. It is not cheap to have your oriental rugs cleaned but these cleaners are so worth it. My rugs are fairly new and I have two dogs one of which has gone blind and really doesn't know where to go do her business anymore. The carpets are now clean and like I stated the cost does seem like a lot but the price of the rugs is a lot more!
