I have used Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning about four or five times now, to clean several area rugs I have in my home. I don't remember exactly who put me on to them, but I believe that it was the company which sold me the rugs in the first place, someone who specializes in these kinds of rugs. Anyway, Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning came out to my home, picked up the rugs, and then carried them back to their facility for cleaning. The rugs were returned looking great! The people at Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning are very nice, and one thing they do that is really considerate is, they make sure the rugs are completely dry before they return them. Another nice thing is, that whenever I call them, they know right away who I am from their previous experiences with me. That is a really personal touch, because sometimes it is quite a while between calls! Nice to have that, and the really great cleaning all in one company!
