I have been using Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning for a couple of years now. I have them clean my Oriental rugs, and they have also cleaned a client's rug that had moisture problems in the basement. They do pick up and delivery, so you don't have to do any heavy lifting. If you aren't happy with how the job turned out, they will do it again. They also give a percentage off for referrals. Everything has turned out great, and I wouldn't use anyone else.
