The guy I worked with from Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning was really nice. I know the owner there so he gave me a good price. The rug looked good when I went to pick it up. The only thing I would say is when I picked it up the guy I talked to wasn't sure whether the rug had actually been cleaned or not. They were having some kind of problem with their records I think, but it seemed odd to me.
