We had another company come out to clean all of our carpet in our house. I asked them to quote me for cleaning 8' x 11' rug my dog had decided to use as a potty pad. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel confident they could get the urine smell out of our beautiful rug. I dropped off the rug for cleaning and Mike, at the front desk, was very helpful and knowledgeable. They finished cleaning my rug in less time than was promised and even my husband, who can smell anything, says it smells like brand-new.
I was so happy I even posted information for Heirloom Rug Cleaning on my neighborhood Facebook page in case any of my neighbors are in need of a reliable and affordable rug cleaning company. I will use them again.
