We took a hallway runner and small bathroom throw rug to Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning. We were able to take the rugs over to their facility since they were close by. Overall, we were satisfied with the results. They were prompt and handled the quote well.

The one thing that would've made the experience a full 5 stars had to do with our pickup experience. We knew it would take about 10 days for them to finish the rugs. However, we had to call them 2 weeks later to find out what was going on. Apparently, someone forgot to give us a call to let us know everything was done.
