It had been 10 years since my rugs were cleaned. The gentlemen were very professional, and offered complimentary comments about the quality of the rugs and even pointed out specific characteristics about my rugs making them more valuable and unique. I asked them to pick up at one address and deliver to my new address. It was not a problem. When they delivered the rugs they were on time. They unwrapped and place the clean rugs beautifully in the new space. They rugs look great!
